1.Returns
If you need to return an item, please contact TenCape Interiors using the contact details provided on our website and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions. Where a return is accepted, goods should generally be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging, together with proof of purchase.
2. Change of Mind
For qualifying online purchases, customers may have the right to cancel their transaction within the applicable cooling-off period provided by South African law. Where this right applies, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. This does not affect any additional rights that may apply under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable legislation.
3.Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where applicable.
